Your responsibilities

  • Dis­cip­lin­ary and func­tion­al lead­er­ship of Assembly and Maintenance/Repair; cross-shift man­age­ment via pro­duc­tion supervisors
  • Shop­floor man­age­ment based on schedule/quality/performance (SQDC/DP): pri­or­it­iz­a­tion, daily man­age­ment, escal­a­tion, and tar­get achievement
  • Dir­ect man­age­ment of maintenance/repair: pri­or­it­iz­a­tion of break­downs, task assign­ment, standards/checklists
  • Troubleshoot­ing on (semi-)automated lines, includ­ing sus­tain­able root cause ana­lys­is (RCA) and pre­ven­tion of recur­ring issues
  • Estab­lish­ment of stand­ard­ized pro­cesses (work instruc­tions, han­dovers, 5S, check­lists) and con­sist­ent reduc­tion of inter­face losses
  • Fur­ther devel­op­ment of main­ten­ance pro­cesses (pre­vent­ive/­con­di­tion-based), work order con­trol in CMMS, spare parts and sup­pli­er management
  • KPI man­age­ment & report­ing (OEE/availability, MTTR/MTBF, plan ful­fill­ment, scrap/rework, deliv­ery reliability)

  • Par­ti­cip­a­tion in budget and invest­ment plan­ning (retrofits/optimizations) as well as close col­lab­or­a­tion with Qual­ity, Plan­ning, Engin­eer­ing, and Purchasing

Your profile

  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted tech­nic­al train­ing or a com­par­able qualification
  • Sev­er­al years of lead­er­ship exper­i­ence in auto­mot­ive pro­duc­tion, ideally in assembly and automation
  • Strong organ­iz­a­tion­al and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills in cross-shift leadership
  • Exper­i­ence with Lean/Continuous Improvement/TPM and KPI-based man­age­ment; CMMS exper­i­ence is an advantage
  • Assert­ive, struc­tured, hands-on approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
