Your responsibilities

  • Ensur­ing com­pli­ance with all applic­able leg­al require­ments, in par­tic­u­lar ISO/TS and IATF 16949:2016
  • Pre­par­a­tion, par­ti­cip­a­tion in and/or mod­er­a­tion of risk ana­lyses in the form of Pro­cess and Product FMEAs
  • Hand­ling of cus­tom­er com­plaints and war­ranty claims
  • Ana­lys­is of qual­ity-related data and preparation/provision of qual­ity reports and documentation
  • Point of con­tact for our cus­tom­ers regard­ing qual­ity-related issues
  • Advising and sup­port­ing the rel­ev­ant depart­ments on qual­ity-related mat­ters in accord­ance with applic­able stand­ards and regulations
  • Root cause ana­lys­is and defin­i­tion of cor­rect­ive actions, as well as veri­fic­a­tion of the effect­ive­ness of imple­men­ted qual­ity measures
  • Devel­op­ment, con­tinu­ous improve­ment and mon­it­or­ing of qual­ity object­ives, includ­ing track­ing their achievement
  • Pro­mot­ing qual­ity aware­ness through­out the company
  • Par­ti­cip­a­tion in the con­tinu­ous improve­ment pro­cess (CIP) in close cooper­a­tion with Pro­duc­tion, Engin­eer­ing and oth­er departments

Your profile

  • Suc­cess­fully com­pleted degree in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Indus­tri­al Engin­eer­ing, or a com­par­able qual­i­fic­a­tion with rel­ev­ant addi­tion­al training
  • At least 5 years of exper­i­ence in auto­mot­ive pur­chas­ing at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 sup­pli­er; ideally in the com­mod­ity groups elec­tron­ics or injec­tion molding
  • Very good writ­ten and spoken Ger­man and Eng­lish skills
  • Good MS Office skills, espe­cially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • SAP exper­i­ence is an advantage
